This horsehair picture frame is an original piece, designed as a meaningful way to memorialize those horses. The tooling, horsehair inlay, and matting are my work, with the braided hair and sketch provided by collaborating artists.
Floral carving and geometric stamping perfectly accent the hair and drawing. The horsehair was braided by another artist, and the accompanying sketch was completed by a separate artist. Together, these elements form a refined and lasting keepsake.
