How Often Do Custom Orders Open?
Custom Orders open only a few times annually, typically three times. This prevents an overwhelming waitlist with extended lead times. Think of custom orders like concert ticket sales; they go quickly and once they're sold out, they're gone. Keep in mind that you might not make the list on your first try, so plan ahead if you have a deadline.
How Long Is Your Turn Around Time?
Once you are on the custom order list turn around times generally are 6-8 weeks. From paying your final balance to item completion is typically around 14 days or less. If there is involvement from a third party, like with a horse hair item, a different maker is used for the braiding, impacting the turnaround time based on their workload.
What is Your Payment Policy?
For custom orders, a $200 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your spot on the custom order list. Custom orders are processed in the sequence of payments received. This deposit will be subtracted from your total balance. Upon finalization of details and receipt of final quote, remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in forfeiture of deposit and removal from the list. Full payment is mandatory prior to the beginning of any work.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes and No. Please contact via email for further details. I ship to USA and Canada, but not liable for lost or stolen items once shipped.
Do You Braid the Horsehair?
I no longer plait the hair myself. I have an amazingly skilled lady I recommend to clients. Get in touch for her info, she works separately from me. Afterward, she forwards the hair to me for inlay. Kindly understand, my gal just handles tail hair, no mane hair accepted.
Can I visit your shop?
I don't operate a storefront, and my shop isn't open for visits. Usually stock items are very limited, if any.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
Yes I do offer these, while gift certificates are available, they do not guarantee placement on the custom order list. Contact for more details on receiving a gift certificate.
